63. Exposure: one of our big recovery tools

We’re back with another solo episode this week talking about a topic that I’m all jazzed up about right now: Exposure. Exposure can be looked at in two ways. First, looking at what we need to expose ourselves to in order to continue growing and healing (AKA facing our fears around food and our bodies). And second, looking at what we may be unintentionally exposing ourselves to that is holding us back in recovery.
